Thank you for being so quick to issue a check for the signings that I do for you. I really appreciate it, because as I'm sure you're aware, not everyone is that efficient. And many times, I have to
send reminders for payment.
I'm dealing with some other companies who aren't paying me what they promised in writing and others who haven't paid for work I did over three months ago.
So I just wanted to say that I really appreciate knowing that I can expect payments twice a month from The Closers, Inc.

The Closers, Inc. is a great group to work for. They understand the frustrations we have as mobile closers. Like being sent out to do a closing 2 minutes after the scheduled closing time. They help in any way they can. They have called clients for me, because I am driving down the road trying to get to a closing. They pay great. They make my job a lot easier. If the other closing companies I worked for were as accomodating, it would be great. Actually if The Closers could keep me busy, I would only work for them. I would recommend any title company to use them. I would recommend notaries in need of a good company to work for, this one is a good one. They are fair and try to use me for all closings in my area.

organization as a top notch company. Steve and Dean make every effort to
solve problems at the closing table and communication, during and after
hours, is excellent. It is easy to discuss issues since both have years
of experience in doing closing and title work, I worked with them for about
10 years while they ran a title company.
“The Closers” invoice automatically and they pay promptly 2x per month.
Over the years, I have fired several signing services and title companies
because of slow or lack of pay, missing documents and bad communication.
“The Closers” will never be on this list. Even in this time of changing
market conditions “The Closers” has kept a good volume of business in my
area. I would highly recommend working with Steve and Dean to any signing
agents looking for more work.
